2:00 PM - TDP Draft Review Staff Workshop Meeting including Wave Senior Staff, Darrell Smith, Jill Stanford and Al Stokes (4:30) to review TDP draft and proposed alternatives.

5:00 PM - Focus Group Meeting #2 (GM&O BUILDING, THIRD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, 110 BEAURegard Street, Mobile, AL 36602) - Second meeting with the Focus Group members to review common thoughts from the "Where Should the Bus Go" exercise from the first session suggestions and present resulting service concepts.

8:30 AM - Budget Review Meeting (Chamber Downtown) - Meeting with Cheryl Holifield, Bob Williams, Deborah Byrd, Darrell Smith and Jill Stanford to review the Five Year Capital and Operating Plan Chapter and the Wave Work Plan Chapter.

9:00 AM - Union Meeting Meeting with the new Union leaders to give them the opportunity to share their concerns over Union, management relations, and participate in the transit visioning exercise.

10:30 AM - Bel Air Mall Input Meeting with the Tom Knowland Bel Air Mall to discuss existing and future transit opportunities

5:00 PM - Focus Group Meeting Meeting with Focus Group members to participate in the "Where Should the Bus Go" exercise and give them the opportunity to participate in the transit visioning exercise.

3:00 PM - Stakeholder Interview One-on-one stakeholder interview with Mayor Sam Jones - City of Mobile and Mr. Al Stokes - Chief of Staff City of Mobile.

8:00 AM - Stakeholder Interview TDP and WAVE staff will be conducting a one-on-one stakeholder interview with Mr. Mike Boatright a MAP and Wave fixed route rider.

10:00 AM - Stakeholder Interview TDP and WAVE staff will be conducting a one-on-one stakeholder interview with Mr. Dan Dealy for input on downtown development and vision.

4:00 PM – Union Meeting Presenation to the Union representatives regarding the WAVE TDP project, upcoming on-board surveys and initial input.
