Welcome to the Wave Transit System - Transit Development Plan (TDP) Project Management Site! The South Alabama Regional Planning Commission (SARPC) and the WAVE Transit are currently in the process of creating a Transit Development Plan (TDP) for the Mobile area. The final document will provide a detailed five-year plan for the implementation of new or revised transit services, and a more general overview plan for projects to begin in the five to ten-year time frame. During the project, the TDP team will gather input from WAVE customers, community stakeholders, focus groups, workshops and will be conducting a variety of surveys to document ridership on the existing WAVE routes.
